Reconnect to your wholeness

We live in a time of disconnection.

From our bodies. From each other. From the Earth that holds and sustains us.

More than ever, we need learn how to reconnect, to remember what it means to live from our truth, to belong to the web of life, to feel deeply, and to act with care and compassion.

Through restorative nature meditation retreats and transformative coaching sessions, Wild Iris creates a space for you to cultivate your path toward the wholeness that you already are.

If you want to feel more rooted in presence, connected to yourself and to nature, and uncover ways to express the fullness of your authentic being, come join me in one of my offerings designed to support your journey back to wholeness.

The Core Pillars of Wild Iris

  • Connection to Self & Nature

The web of life is not a metaphor. You are already woven into it.

We begin by slowing down and listening—feeling our breath, the wind on our skin, the ground beneath our feet. When we attune to the living world and the living truth of our own bodies, we find a kind of belonging that no relationship, achievement, or identity can replace.

  • Awareness

Awareness is the doorway to freedom.

Through practicing mindfulness and embodied attention, we begin to see directly the patterns, stories, and habits that dominate our minds and take us away from ourselves, from living fully. It brings us into contact with the mystery and beauty of being alive.

  • Sovereignty

To be sovereign is to belong to yourself.

Sovereignty is the capacity to feel your truth and stand in it, to be in harmony and integrity with yourself, to know your needs, to hold boundaries with compassion, to tend to your own nervous system with care. True sovereignty isn’t forceful—it’s rooted, clear, and quietly powerful. It emerges from a life aligned with your deepest values.

  • Stewardship

The natural expression of our interdependence.

When we remember that we are part of the Earth, not separate from it, our care becomes instinctive. We tend what we love. We speak for what cannot speak. We show up not as saviors, but as kin. In a society built on disconnection and extraction, it’s radical to live in service of life.
